After precast restoration, it is critical to seal the precast surface of the stone in order to help prevent precast leaching and water penetration. If the precast is not sealed, it acts as a sponge and creates a breeding ground for biological growth. Precast sealing also seals in the pores of the stone so that water is not able to freeze and thaw within the stone creating precast spalling.
If the precast contains spalling, it is important to address the precast spalling with caulking or precast patch prior to sealing the precast in order to provide a water-tight barrier. We want to be your precast sealing contractor and will go the extra mile to ensure that you can trust our precast sealing company with all of your precast sealing needs.
