Our History

1992

Presto Window Cleaning started as a two-man operation serving the communities of Atlanta, Georgia, performing retail and residential window cleaning services.

1998

Judah Clark, having a home repair business for 3 years, acquired the Presto name and began to broaden the company's horizon into a number of high-rise building services.

1999

Presto landed its first high-rise window cleaning project and started to concentrate its efforts on this specialized service. Presto started to phase out retail window cleaning services.

2000

Presto was awarded its first glass restoration and precast cleaning project for The Dave Building, an 8-story building, in Atlanta. Presto started to phase out residential services in order to focus on commercial properties.

2001

Presto landed its first large waterproofing project and was given the opportunity to completely restore all the glass at the CNN Center in Atlanta. Presto began creating products for high-rise building restoration.

2002

Presto was awarded the Philips Arena window cleaning contract, the entire Turner Broadcasting System (TBS) campus and the Georgia Power building.

2003

The name Presto Window Cleaning, Inc. was changed to Presto Property Services, Inc. to reflect its complete scope of service offerings. Also in this year, Presto performed a full exterior renovation of Park Lane on Peachtree Street in Atlanta.

2004

Judah Clark teamed up with Dr. Tom Bickley, Ph.D. to create a full line of specialized products for the building restoration and maintenance industry. This venture led to the founding of Presto Restoration Products, Inc. Presto Property Services continued to flourish as it added the full exterior renovation of EarthLink Live to its portfolio.

2005

Presto restored all exterior glass, precast and metal frames on the AGCO building, while also cleaning and sealing the AGCO parking deck.

2006

Presto started nationwide service offerings with impressive restoration projects around the country. Presto began building a network of qualified services companies across the country.

2007

Presto landed its largest restoration project at 1100 Peachtree Street. Many other large projects were contracted this year as well, including 3 buildings at Lenox Park, Omni Hotel at CNN Center, 75 5th Street Atlanta, 1001 Summit Blvd and The Norcross Atlanta Marriott, to name a few.

2008

Presto phased out standard maintenance services such as window cleaning in order to concentrate on large exterior building restoration projects utilizing Presto Restoration Products' effective product line. Presto began to focus on larger restoration projects. Presto completed a large restoration project at the Turlington Building in Tallahassee, Florida.

2012

Presto celebrated its 20 year anniversary. Click here to view a small portion of the projects completed over the past two decades.

2014

Presto performed its first out-of-country restoration project in Puerto Rico. Presto experienced the best annual revenue amount in the past 7 years.

2015

Presto still going strong continues to restore large buildings across the country building its reputation within the commercial real estate and property management community.

Presto offers over 72 different services to its clients, concentrating on the refinishing of architectural materials.
